I am looking for a decent roommate--How to word the ad?
Half the rent, half the utilities, groceries together or separate, personal needs separate, own room--furnished or unfurnished, house priveleges, no smoking in the house. Must be financially stable, like my cats, respect my things, clean up after yourself and share all other chores. Age and gender not important--responsibility is.

You may want to include .... No Drugs, No Alcohol, Criminal Background Check.

There are things you can leave out and things you must include. I would put in finacially stable, also half rent/half utilties, cat lover, no smoker. The other things you can discuss when the person comes to look at the room. Some things you might need to work on. Like the groceries issue, you never know when one of you will run into an emergency situation and have to cover for a month or so for the other. If this happens I suggest you keep track. I mean more on the personal items. If you both are eating the cereal, and other things. I mean like shampoo or things of that nature. Good Luck.

i come back particular ; I stated i'm getting bsck ; through fact I went on kijji to envision for a appt in Calgary i stumble on one at 950 a month ; all utilities blanketed and its a 2 mattress room Its located in Abbeydale bypass on kijji now and you will see it good success
