Foot cramp?

This week dance started again. And last year I hadn't danced because the studio I was going to never sent me a schedule and I tried out for the school play instead. And before that I had one year of dance after six years of not dancing. And in my first class my foot cramped up on me, to the point I couldn't move my foot without pain. I'm sixteen and the last time my foot did that I just been forced to quit dance.

Why did my foot do that, and how do I provent it from happening again?

The foot is a shock absorber and the arch can sustain the weight of several tons, enormous pressure, over one dance period. If you look at the anatomy of a foot, you will see the posterior tibial, which supports the arch. This can become inflamed, condition known as plantar facious. This is very painfull. I am afraid you are not warming up your feet completely before your dance session. This connective tissue, looks something like the string between a bow and arrow, it connects from the arch to the heel.

You must warm up your feet, completely before each dance session. I used to take a personal water bottle and freeze it in the freezer and then everytime I sat down, I would place it under the arch of my foot and roll it back and forth.

I would be interested if your foot hurts the first thing in the morning when you first get out of bed and put your weight on it.

You mentioned that last year you had not danced, remember how you had to strengthen your feet before you first went on point, I am afraid you must do this all over again.

But do not be discouraged, you were forced to quit dance once and apparently overcame it. You can overcome it again.

I provide my spouse foot cramps constantly. I determine she'll the two start up stretching and dealing out or if keep giving her the solid ones the cramps will shrink over the years. each and every from time to time i do no longer end. She never stops while she provides me a cramp.
