Here's a GREAT link for an Excel template that allows you to enter different debt amounts, interest rates, even extra payments. I use it all the time and love it.

It will take you 4 and 3/4 yrs to pay it off at that rate. This is from a finance calculator based on the fact that you do not have an annual fee.
To fully pay in 2 years = $167.00/mo, 3 yrs = 116.00/mo.

With a payment of $78 a month, it will take 4 years and 9 months to pay it off.
If you want to pay it off in two years, your payment will need to be $166.73. If you want to pay it off in three years, your payment will need to be $115.47

You are not paying enough. If you want to pay this debt off in two years your payments need to be $178 per month. If you want to pay it off in three years your payment needs to be $126 per month.

i would say pay the most you can afford to i would try at least 150-200 a month and see where that gets you...
