It may be getting that "Red Ring of Death" thing but don't quote me on it. It also may be well ventilated but get a cooling system just in case. Also, make sure ur system is up-to-date. Download the latest version (if you have it connected online). If the problem persists... contact them again and tell them exactly what's wrong with it. Don't let them brush u off. Check all ur cables and connectors too. If u have to and if it's possible, take off one of the sides of the system and spray out any dust that's in there with a computer duster can (u know the stuff that u use to get dust out of ur keyboard). Hope this helps.

I had a similar problem with the Xbox and it was driving me nuts. A co-worker suggested I run a laser cleaner through it and low and behold that is all that was wrong. Just as preventive maintenance I run the cleaner through my 360 every 20 hours or so of play time. Good luck and I hope this fixes your problem.

Might be a hardware problem My Xbox does the same thing sometimes, it runs very slow or crashes. I would say it's normal but if it happens continually it is a hardware problem.
