Why is it.....???

That people with no MEDICAL experience feel the need to answer questions in the HEALTH and MEDICINE sections? Sometimes these people need real advice from someone with experience in whatever it is they have going on. By everyone logging on and saying "OMG, call 911...NOW" they block out the people with the knowledge to really help. You don't call a doctor when youre sink backs up...stop letting the plumber answer medical questions. Case in point...a girl asked a question about a friend who was vomiting...I typed a 10 line answer...and before it posted, like 33 idiots put there 2 cents in...and the 3-4 of us who knew what we were talking about got blocked out. WTF gives?

People are just trying to help. And yes, some of us do have training and personal experience. Please don't be angry, your input is valuable.

Ahhh!!! The advantages of anonymity. If the girl was really concerned about her friend vomiting shouldn't she be calling a doctor or the friend's parents or someone who could physically help instead of being on the computer?
