I am a Mom of a High school student this is History question?

What was the Concept of the Gilded age, I feel silly I have not been in school in many years he has homework on this to write some kind of artical and I would like info on it that way I know what the heck he is talking about anywa please I suppose I should read as well LOL

    Here is info on the Gilded Age. It basically refers to the time when things were good - (i.e. economic, industrial expansion, positive growth).
