I think your gradma might just be "old school" and think that you should be wearing an ankle length denim skirt with a huge turtleneck sweater. If you didnt get in trouble at school I think they are fine!!

The skinny jeans are in style right now, so I would say it was ok. Only, when you say "very tight," it makes me wonder if they are too tight. But if they are tight like the skinny jeans I see people wearing today, you probably just look really cute and your grandmother isn't aware that it is in sytle right now. Ask a good friend. She should tell you the truth.

If you wearing the jeans with just tank tops or revealing tops, then yes they would be inappropriate. If you dress the pants up with fashionable shirts and jackets, then no. Check out some fashion sites with your grandma, and use your imagination to dress those pants up. Im sure they can be made appropriate.

They may be inappropriate if they pull up so tight that the creases in your "private parts" are apparent either in the front or back or both. Also, if they are low rise and show your undergarment, they are inappropriate. Otherwise, whey would be fine.

i think of that those pants may well be thoroughly advantageous. skinny jeans are everywhere...it should be appropriate....i dont know why they wouldnt allow skinny jeans....that's my opinion
