    Ian Simms was convicted 20 years ago of the murder of Helen mcCourt. they have never found her body. majority of evidence appeared circumstantial but was enough to convict.

    her mother has never stopped looking for her daughter despite him neing convicted. She believes as long as they havent found her then shes still alive,at least shes never lost hope shes alive

    do you mean habeus corpus? Isn't that the legal principle that says you don't need a body to prove someone has been murdered? After all a conviction has only just been secured in a case of a so-called "honour killing" where there was no body.
