what is embed. No websites pls. Just simple instructions?

Ok, I didn't explain. I want to change my theme on my 360pg and also, add a virtual pet, or add something else, they give me this long group of addresses to embed....sorry, not too computor wise....

    That is where you put the photo/gif etc directly into the product.

    Example, imbed a photo in Microsoft word.

    Imbed a gif in an AOL e-mail.

    I'm not sure what context your asking about. In general terms, if you take an item that exists by itself and then make it part of another item you could say it's embedded. For example if you attach a picture to an email, the attachment is embedded in the email. You also have things like embedded OSes like Windows XP embedded is a slimmed down version of XP that runs from a chip instead of a hard drive. So XP embedded is not as configurable because it doesn't stand by itself, it's embedded in a media that it normally would be in. I hope this helps.
