A 22 year old chap beheaded his father after a scuffle,what punishment does the chap deserve?
The mother of the chap confirmed the incident and the chap said that his father took him for ritual killing but luck ran against the ritualist and so the boy dodged the matchet from his father as he made attempt to cut his son's head,the chap seize the cutlass from his father ,and chopped off the father's head instead during the process.The ritualist seized the opportunity of the melee and fled to the bush.The chap is in detension now waiting for judgement.

How am I suppossed to know what happened? I say the case deserves a thorough investigation and he should be punished or not according to what is in the best interest of righteousness and law.
