In considering a relationship what age difference would you draw the line at??

I am 43,,not looking for anyone however!!! But I would go with a guy as much as ten years younger if starting a serious relationship. And I would not really go much older than five or six years older than myself.Even ten years younger is really pushing it for me if I was considering a serious relationship. That is my personal preference. That has changed throughout my life however. When I was younger I would have gone with a guy a little older than my guidelines, but not more than a couple of years younger. In casual my ideals would vary a little.Although I am not into casual relationships personally.

I pretty much agree with you. It is my comfort level of not always being aware of the age difference. I wouldn't want a man more than 5 yrs. older because I wouldn't want to end up being an old man's nursemaid. I think it is important that the ages are similar because it is easier to talk to people approx. the same age. They share your history, and less explaining past events. You have more in common.

im 20 and my fiance is 32. we get on really well and we're a good team together. wer expecting our first child in march and couldn't be happier, i personally am having a better experience with an older man than anyone my own age. Age shouldn't be an issue when starting a relationship, as long as you both work good together and have plenty in common, that should be enough to be very happy together

when I started dating again after divorce I went with a guy 9 years younger but it didn't last he was too immature, the few of my age group were too set in their ways, the current one of 7 years is 5 years younger and its great, but although marriage is not on my mind, if it was it would be hard as no guy over 45 is interested.

I'm 19. I'd consider any one older than me up to about 12 years older. When they would be old enough to be my parent would be a no-no. My boyfriend is 30, so 11 years older than me :)

I would, and do, date pretty much any age man. Age is never a main criteria for me, its whether or not I like the person. In practise I don't meet many men younger than myself who can hold my interest for very long though.

I am 34 and my guy is 25 - we get on great! no issues with age think prob more than 10 years is getting a bit more difficult though.
