Which RB do I start for fantasy football this week?!?!?!?

Derrick Ward @ Washington

or

Thomas Jones vs. Miami

or

Cedric Benson vs. Dallas????

    If I were you, I would start Cedric Benson against Dallas.

    Let's just eliminate Derrick Ward. Jones and Benson are way better than him.

    Jones is good, but Benson is overall a better RB and has greater fantasy value. Plus, Miami will be a better defense than Dallas because Dalas is still adjusting to their new coach and Miami has a lot more talent than Dallas.

    Look for Benson to run all over Dallas. His team has a defense that doesn't keep him on the sideline long, and a great offensive line that he can blast through. Deffinitely start Benson.

    Jones at Miami, Ward isnt good drop him and Benson is going up against a good Dallas D, start Jones
