Confused whether to stop antibiotics due to rash of having mono...?
About 10 days ago, I was (mis)diagnosed with sinusitis. So, I was given a 14 day prescription of amoxicillin. I am 8 pills away from finishing the prescription, but I was diagnosed with mono (probably what I've had all along). I broke out in rashes today because -cillins and mono are not supposed to be taken together and lead to rashes (and worse). I am worried whether to stop taking the medication (which could lead to bacterial resistance) or suffer 4 days of incredibly itchy and embarressing rashes. I can't afford to go to the doctor again because CentraCare has stolen all the money with my first 3 visits. Any help or suggestions???

3 AnswersZoology1 decade agoAnyone know what song these lyrics are: "I loved you once I can't love you twice..." (more in details)?
I heard this song on a clip and I think its called My Heart has a Mind of Its Own, but the ones I downloaded don't have these lyrics and are significantly different. Its a light background music with her singing ina higher tone:
"I loved you once, I can't love you twice. My heart keeps telling me this is good advice. We had it all then, started to stop. We can fall in love again... Love is a feeling that you can't explain my heart is a mind of its own, my heart has a mind of its own"

8 AnswersMusic1 decade agoIs credibility of college gpa's lost?
It seems everyone who works hard doesnt always get good grades. People that know less or equal can do better or the same on the test as someone who works their butt at it and understands the material. From my perspective, it's hard to digest the fact that jobs will prefer people with a higher gpa over lower gpa, even though work ethic is seemingly inversed!
2 AnswersHigher Education (University +)1 decade agoAny words of encouragement during midterms?
I'm feeling extremely depressed. Not like some people who get upset about a B or C... I'm failing my engineering tests. I study endlessly and just choke come test time. I know I maybe could prepare a little better. I have 4 this week and just took the first one. I know I did terrible compared to everyone else. Why I'm still going through it I don't know. I'm just not as good in physics as the average student... science I'm so much better in and get easily get high Bs and As. Anyways, please, any words of encouragement in getting through the week that is destined to almost ruin my career?
4 AnswersHigher Education (University +)1 decade agoIs it wrong for me to be upset when I studied and did worse...?
So for a class, I read all the articles, answered all the homework and questions, and made a study guide and studied forever for a test.
A kid that hadn't read any of the articles/books, didn't do one assignment, and read off my study guide got a 100% whereas I got below an 80%. Is it really wrong for me to feel depressed?
11 AnswersHigher Education (University +)1 decade agoThis week: Philly D/Pitt D, A. Johnson/Kennison, Foster/McGahee?
Who to start with legit reason...
Philadelphia D vs Houston
Pitt D vs Miami
A. Johnson vs Philly
Kennison vs Cincy
Foster vs Atlanta
McGahee vs NE
My take is McGahee is more talented, but matchups give Foster the better take since Buffalo has no passing game. I want a more diverse opinion.
Pitt D vs Culpepper scares me.
Andre Johnson may not get the ball with Moulds as WR#2. Will Kennison vs Cincy??
3 AnswersFantasy Sports1 decade agoWho to start? McGahee/Foster and A. johnson/Kennison???
McGahee is against Pats and Foster (carolina) is versus Atlanta.
Also,
Andre Johnson vs Philadelphia or Kennison (chiefs) vs cincy?
