Is it wrong for me to be upset when I studied and did worse...?

So for a class, I read all the articles, answered all the homework and questions, and made a study guide and studied forever for a test.

A kid that hadn't read any of the articles/books, didn't do one assignment, and read off my study guide got a 100% whereas I got below an 80%. Is it really wrong for me to feel depressed?

    NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!

REMEMBER THIS: studying is a skill that is developed over a period of time...it's kind of like exercise...if you body is not fit you will have a difficult time, BUT AT FIRST

remember...you must not study for a test two or three nights before...you should give yourself at least a week to study something and truly understand it

i got my B.S. in business administration at a traditional state school...now that I have a job I'm getting my MBA online...and I couldn't be happier---i sucked at school in high school

believe me kid...there are better things in life then grades...and believe me your employer won't ask what you got in chemistry 101

get through school...but try to get a part-time office job...this will HELP you tremendously when you graduate from college....also enjoy yourself....find a girl and or boyfriend (be mature about it and don't let this person waste your time either...focus on school still) and life just has a way of fixing itself...but you have to do the work)

No it's not, I know what it's like to study your heart out and you see someone who barely comes to class or turns in any work, get a higher grade than you. It's very discouraging. You are doing the right thing. Keep doing what you are doing, but do it harder. Let the teacher know that you are trying your hardest and tell him/her that you are discouraged. My best friend barely studied and made almost straight A's and I studied way ahead of time and graduated with barely a 3.0. It will be okay, what matters is that you have done your best. Just keep it up.

Don't be depressed, just get mad. I've always been the kid who got 100% just for remembering the right answer and I always felt bad that all the work doesn't count for anything and it doesn't remember if you remember what you learn forever and I forget it as soon as the test is over. I would talk to the teacher and see if he/she will give any credit for doing homework or extra research.

That kid just told you he didn't study. How else would he know the material, just by looking at your study guide briefly?

He just didn't want you to think he was up all night to study.

No, people always hated me in college for being that way. I'd pull B's and sometimes A's just by attending class and not doing homework/etc.

Some people just have a harder time studying.

because maximum of them are not interpreting, they are coming the following and asking human beings to do their homework for them - or supply them the fast and basic answer really of gaining understanding of by making use of doing, studying, searching at their guide, or some thing else some thing individuals had to do. i have considered one of those massive volume of who say "what settings do i exploit for x-scene?". properly, positive, we answer, yet then the subsequent time they have a clean scene, they are nonetheless as clueless - while in the experience that they went out and realized that they'd understand a thanks to respond to those questions themselves. No, i do not imagine we are jealous - that'd be like Shaq being jealous of the jr. severe basketball captain. No, we do not hate human beings interpreting - we hate human beings no longer interpreting. certain, its incorrect to ask homework questions at the same time as they merely submit the question on the following and look ahead to someone to do it for them. They offered a $100 textbook and are attending a $500 type - positioned mommy and daddy's money to solid use. No, it truly is not any longer too confusing, its merely demanding doing it 5 circumstances an afternoon, and ninety 9% of the time the question ought to correctly be spoke back by making use of studying THEIR guide!

No, you should probably be a little bummed out but next time try your hardest (as corny and cliche` as it sounds) and thats all anyone can ask from you and that's all you can ask from yourself. If you think you could've done better you probably could have.
