Could anyone tell me how to find a past doctor to get medical records in storage?
It's been 15yr , so the records are in a storage warehouse.

First, most likely you will not get these records, but, to find the doctor, call on your State's medical board. They will have a history of every doctor in the State for the past 100 years.
