Did research and seems that I have tonsil stones???
So I did what most sites suggested and worked for the most part but still some that won't just budge, plus I know I prob have a good sized one below where you can not see. I can not work that far down. Is there something else I can do ? Tomorrow is my doc appointment, what do they normally do to get them out ?

I learned something new today; also during my research I found out that "those stinkers(the stones) are stuck to your throat really well and will come loose when they’re ready". Of course, we don't know if they will or when.
Therefore, the most aggressive form of treatment involves surgical removal of the stone, via oral curette or a tonsillectomy to remove the tonsils.
Though tonsilloliths can also be removed by the patient. Using a medicine dropper (especially one with a curved tip) can help to suck out the stones if they are small enough. A cotton swab dipped in hydrogen peroxide applied directly on the tonsil stones will not necessarily dislodge them - it may help some sufferers of tonsilloliths while others may experience only an unpleasant gagging sensation. The use of a water pick (irrigator) to clear out the crypts of accumulated debris may also help (only use an adjustable unit on the low pressure setting as you may damage tissue with the high pressure units). Use a solution of salt water to help prevent future tonsolloliths. While difficult to perform due to the gag reflex, a quick brushing with a toothbrush will generally remove any tonsilloliths. Another effective way to remove tonsil stones is by pressing a finger against the bottom of the tonsil and pushing upward. The pressure squeezes out stones. Some people can even reach them with their tongue, which is the best method as the tongue doesn't stimulate the gag reflex.
But I suggest you stick with the doctor.
Good luck to you!

Know the asteroid wellhead tonsil stones them for many years and it's been title not eventually.
Best decision I've ever made! I was shocked by the way of getting out the stones out. It was so easy, but more importantly, painless. I really liked the little trick he had for preventing gag reflex. He have one happy customer here.

ugh i had no problems with my tonsils and then...one day i felt like my breath smelled or something so i looked in the mirror and guess what yuck tonsil stones i could actually get them out then it would come back a week later...it was a relief to get my tonsils out...I went to the dr. and he said yep i need them out so i made an appt. you will need to get your adenoids out probably too...no big deal its not thing i did get out of work for like 10 days...and you will need at least that to get recovered. it will not hurt at all for the first few days then like day 5-7 it will start hurting bc the scab will come off..not like you think its not bad you will feel so much better. good luck

oh my god that is so funny i get them too sometimes. they come at random times, sometimes i get them for a couple of months and then not for like a year. But the doc says it is normal i dont think they do nething not that i know of. But I take a bobbi pin, you know for hair, ones that have the little rubber balls on the ends and i straighten it out then you can pick them out with that. with some that are hard to get out you can stick the bobbi pin in one tonsil hole and push it out one of the other holes. I also use a q-tip to push any that i think i feel far down and just work them up. Good luck. Oh yah and dont they smell so bad, it is so weird.

If they are deeply imbeded they may need to cut them out. I wish there was information to share on preventing them, but I haven't found any. I have them lower than I can reach or see and just wait for then to dislodge. Good Luck.

I work on a surgical floor. I have never heard of tonsil stones, but I would imagine if you have such a thing that they would make a small incision in your tonsil- after numbing it- and pop the stones out. Again- didn't know there was such a thing.
