Yes! Certain Asian restaurants in fact do serve roasted rats, and yes they taste much like field mice. You will also find that rats and mice are used in Mexican dishes. Should you care to learn more about roasted rats and field mice, there is an excellent book I can recommend.
You can look up "Bert Christensen's Weird and Different Recipes" on the internet to find many recipes for cooking both rats and mice.
Enjoy your meal!

The question is, where did you hear of this Asian restuarant? Is it in the US or in the land of Asia? It does not matter does it? People from day one had been eating all kinds of food, from insects, different plants not known in one region and may be eaten in another region of the country, reptiles, amphian, lizards, larva, and can go on and on. The food we eat depends on culture, and availability. If you devoir beef, in other culture it may be disgusting to them. We human being are the top of the food chain, that means we can devoir pretty much anything so as long as it not poisonous. If you want to know if rats taste like mice, are you looking to find one so you can try it?

No, but in peru you can get guinea pig. Roasted crisp and tasty. Heres an article -- I love the last line:
"Today, churches in Lima and Cuzco still display Indian depictions of the Last Supper with Jesus and the 12 disciples eating roasted guinea pig. "
Mmmmmm. Simon, are you gonna finish your pig?
No, Andrew, help yourself. it's not as good as my mom's recipe"

You want to know why you hear about different cultures eating what Americans think are crazy, nasty things? Because they often are poor, third world countries where people often can't afford to buy the things they actually WANT to eat. You think people really like eating vermin? Granted, some funky stuff are considered delicacies in some countries. But ignorant trolls like you wouldn't get any of this, would you?
