If your employer suspected you of consuming narcotics and has reported the matter to the police. He has probably done it either out of his duty conciousness or to insult and harass you. In case you were found not-guilty by the police you now seriously need to find out the reason behind the police suspecting you. Find out from the police as to who lodged the complain in the first place. If it was meant for harassment or insulting you, you have all rights to go to the court and sue your employer or the concerned gossip monger both for harassment and defamation. Good luck !!!
