Yes, my sister had an ectopic last year, and the test was normal but she began having serious pains and when hse went the doctor they did an ultrasound which showed the ectopic pregnancy. She had to have tha tube removed but still has a healthy one on the other side. Good Luck!

Yes. Even if you have an ectopic pregnancy, your body will still produce hcg which will give you a positive pregnancy test.

yes, the preg. hormone is released when the embryo attaches, even when it attaches to the fallopian tube. Your doctor will do an ultrasound to make sure you have a sac etc.
