In Salt Lake City Utah there is a place called La Frontera. They make the best chile verde in the world! Anyone know the recipe???? I know its a stretch...but Im living in CA now and have not been able to find a close subsitute. :,,(

Try writing to Bon Apetite Magazine and ask them if they can get you the recipe. They have a section each month where they get recipes from restaurants for readers. You might try looking the restaurant up online and see if you can contact them directly. More and more restaurants are publishing their popular recipes on their sites, too.
