Is it better to eat before a workout?
I work out in the morning and I've usually just dragged myself out of bed. I wake up 15 minutes before my class starts as it is just down the street. This means I have no time to eat before working out. I was just wondering what actually goes on with our bodies in this situation. Is it counterproductive? Is it bad, or even dangerous? Also the few times I have eaten my stomach feels upset, even if it was over an hour before.

There's no set rule, it is more up to your own body and how it reacts to exercise. Some people feel bloated after they eat, so they can't put everything into their workout. Other people are perfectly fine. Others say they need an energy boost.
Basically you are trying to get as much out of your workout as possible. As long as you eat an overall balanced, nutritious diet, you should be fine whichever way makes your workout better.

One thing that will help you lose weight: diet pills. I was one of those who did not believe in them until I tried it. And I tried a few. The best product I found on the market is made with pure hoodia and it works great! You can go to
http://www.trim-fit.info/ and order you free trial, also you only pay $6.95 shipping and handling. Good luck!

I've heard that it is best not to eat until after you work out. That way your body will have to pull energy from stored fat instead of recently consumed calories.
