I have an old monitor and my mom let me use a newer one from a computer that crashed because my brother was looking up porn on the internet. After using it for only one day I've had to change back to my old monitor because porn stuff keeps popping up. How could this be happening? Is there some way the images could have been stored on the monitor? Or is it possible for a monitor to carry viruses?

Me and my son are trying to figure out what song is playing in the "Napoleon Dynamite" movie when he is walking down the street in his brown suit. I think he is on his way to the prom. Anyone know? Or just a general list of some songs in the movie?

I work out 5x a week and am not on any special diet although I eat way less than I used to. How do I get past this? What is my next step? I want something realistic. No lettuce diets, pills or magic drinks, but something that I can do for the rest of my life. I am almost to my goal, I can almost taste the victory!

FYI--I take a kick-boxing class, so I would say it is a good combo of cardio and strength training.

I work out in the morning and I've usually just dragged myself out of bed. I wake up 15 minutes before my class starts as it is just down the street. This means I have no time to eat before working out. I was just wondering what actually goes on with our bodies in this situation. Is it counterproductive? Is it bad, or even dangerous? Also the few times I have eaten my stomach feels upset, even if it was over an hour before.
