theres a britney spears mix on lime wire if you just type in britney cheer it will come up we use it as practice on our squad and it really pumps my girls up

This Is How a Heart Breaks by Rob Thomas is pretty cool. And that Rhianna song from a few years ago is good, too. Be sure to try and get a kick line in. That is always impressive if they can nail it.

Watch some "Bring it on" for some moves. (It's kind of hard to describe moves on here.)
As for music, you need something really upbeat with no cursing. Make sure there's a good place to stop in the middle of the song so that your girls can do their cheer.
