How does one go about starting a city council?
I posted this question in "Civil Participation" and only received one response. I was hoping to get some more feedback.
I've just moved to a very small town in Kentucky. As far as I can tell, this town used to have a city council, but for some reason they disbanded several years ago. I think the county maintains the town now?? What are the first steps in organizing a new city council? Will the county fight this or welcome it?
