    Buy an older version nano around 130 dollars or less off Amazon and then buy the nike-ipod software which tracks the miles and pace your wife runs.

    sorry i do not have the name...check best buy there is one for under $80. tiny looks like a postage stamp and all people who run and work out have it. good luck
