Can other NFL teams veto trades between other teams?

For example could a trade between the Cowboys and Redskins be vetoed by the Packers? Or a combination of other teams in the league?

Update:

Ah, the commissioners office only. I thought there was a way to veto I just didn't think of them and all that popped into my head was a vote.

Thanks for the quick responses

No. The commisioners office can veto a trade, but no team that isn't involved in the trade can veto it.

no if that was allowed the patriots wouldnt have randy moss and the nfl season wouldnt be very interesting this year :)

the league must be dismayed at the raiders for giving them moss for a song.
