Smoking in all public places ceases in Illinois soon. The Casinos want to allow smoking. Should they?

They say they will lose 144 million in revenue. And it will affect the taxes Illinois receives. If we make an exception for them are we opening pandora's box?

smoking in public places is a thing of the past and should remain in force. 144 million lost in revenues is nothing compared to the public who suffer from passive smoking. im sure they wont ban smoking in all parts of the casino im pretty sure of that.

Businesses should have the right to choose whether they allow smoking or not. If customers don't like smoking they can go elsewhere.
