How many States in the USA do NOT pay a sales tax?
I know my state, Missouri, does with every purchase.
Are there more states with or without sales tax?

Sales tax is actually the most fair type of tax, personally I wish we would abolish income tax in the US and switch to Sales. Sales tax is more fair because you are taxed based on what you spend. If you don't like the amount you are taxed then simply buy less. The rich learn the loopholes and pay less tax. If it was all sales tax based there wouldn't be loopholes. Everyone would basically pay their fair share. Anyway though no income tax isn't enough because so many don't pay it. Between the progressive taxes that allow people to not pay any, the loopholes, the people that get paid in cash/under the table(is that 10 year old paying taxes even if they made enough they are supposed to? No). Some States have far lower income tax then your State likely does and instead get the money from sales tax.
