Is this a good poem?

Question

The kiss

Her lips..wet as the morning's dew, cardinal as blood 
She looks across the wet midnight street, she dreams of his love. Her passions bottled up, her heart beat drives her chest to rise
She walks through the rain as he meets her halfway...
their kiss defies all that love had ever meant prior to..
the connect of that first kiss is the catalyst that holds them   together even today.

I woukld put this into the poetry section, but i feel more people would see it here..
