ok, i am not from the AWSOMELY DESCRiBED NYC. but i need the boroughs broken down and the East side West side, Manhattan stigmas and the differences between the boroughs and the real estate/ renting prices approx. while i was told some places like Brighton Beach is predominantly Russian, and some are predominately Italian, i just need a quick but discriptive word about New York from native New Yorkers. thank sso much!

manhattan--
upper east side- WEALTHY WEALTHY WEALTHY mostly white people
east village- diverse down to earth, peacefull, artsy, mostly ppl in their 20-30s,boho, some parts are wealthy
tribeca- wealth!
soho- wealthy and artsy and boho
gramercy park- regular nyc life
chinatown- asians, dirty, very cultural
brooklyn [i dont know much about bk]
yes brighton beach is russian and italian
queens-
Jamaica is african american
flushing- asian
howard beach- italian
corona- italian and spanish
flatbush- italian and spanish

There were some area left out, Manhattan wise, sorry if i'm repeating:
Washington Heights/Inwood (N.W side of Manhattan) - Dominican/black
Chelsea (14th to 23rd st, 7/8th Aves.) - gay
W. Village - 'old' gay neighborhood/artsy/mixed now
E. Village/Alphabet City - very mixed, eclectic, music-types
