By what you say, He hates you. He doesn't want anything to do with you, and as long as you ignore Him, He's fine with that.

The people who want to know Him, they are the one's He wants.

This is because those who He wants have the desire to come to Him. People cannot want to come to God unless God wants them, it's against our nature. Our nature is to hate Him, to go against His way.
