Hmm... Are you referring to the dispute between the Council an Mayor Doug Wilder in regards to the School Board? Honestly, I don't see why the public school offices have to move in the first place.
Of course, you may mean something else entirely. Taxes? Crime? Traffic? Give me something to work with!

You would be very correct if you are talking about them trying to get the guillotine to be the way to kill people who are sentenced to death. They have done "Studies" that say cutting off the head is more "humane"
