25 weeks Pregnant and the top of my right foot hurts.?
It is no more swollen the left it just hurts.Has this happened to anyone?

Yes when I was pregnant! Try getting some hot water in a basin as hot as you can bear it and put some salt in it and soak your feet until the water turns warm. That should relieve the pain and bring down any swelling. Also try elevating your feet on pillows whilst sitting and sleeping. This will take the pressure and strain off your feet! Hope this helps. It could be a sleep or needs a little more work on blood flow!
Drink lots of water
Prop Your feet up above your heart rate
Message that feet and legs to get the flow better
Rest as much as you can
Keep track of all pains like this for Drs info

I doubt that has anything to do w/ the pregnancy-good luck though (with both the baby and the foot)!!
