I think it was most likely custom made for the movie.
It's a Samsung, but it sorta looks like a Vertu.
But I think Vertu uses Nokia phones though.

This phone was a conceptual model released exclusively for the film.
You will find it on the internet looking for the following term "Ocean's 13 samsung phone model"
