What size shoe should my 8 year old daughter be wearing?

My daughter is 8 and wears the same size's. I myself wear a size 9 and my husband wears a size 13. I think allot of it is in her genes from you and her father. I can tell you that when you go to buy shoes and she tries them make sure she has a thumbs width from the top of her big toe to the top of the shoe for growing room so you aren't having to buy shoe's allot.

When I was 8, I wore a 3 1/2 boys' shoe and a size 5 or 6 (can't remember which) in ladies shoe. I think your daughter's feet are a little bit big but nothing unusual. Most kids feet quit growing long before their body stops growing.

Yes thats normal. I wore a 7 1/2 when i was 8 yrs old and now i wear an 8 1/2 in shoe so yea h thats normal.

Do you think it's too big? or too small? That sounds normal to me. I have a daughter and she was in a size 7 womens at that age.

There is no REAL "correct size" of a person's foot. It is completely normal because everyone is different. I had very wide feet at the age of 11. It was not that it wasn't normal, it was just one of my personal characteristics. It made me ...me!

No one can say that it is not normal. They may say it's slightly bigger than most 8-year-olds. But even if it is, what can you do about it? People barely even notice the size of feet anyway :)

Well i dont know? Everyone is different.My sister is 10 years old right and wears a SIZE 5 kids So your 8 year olds foot it kinda big but its not bad.Everyone is different!

Everyone's different. What's normal? Hard to say. I wear a size 9... and I think I've been wearing that since about 13 or so.

My small son at that age was about a 2, his large friends are a ladies 7.
