90's Alternative Obescure Song?

I've been trying to find out what is the name of this song, what band's name is, I think it is an obescure 90's song, but im not sure cause I have heard on the radio, so must of been a hit back in the 90's.

Here's the problem though I can't remeber hardly any of the lyrics, what I do remeber won't help unless I sing what I think the lyrics are.
