Is henna good for your hair ?My hairstylist says no...but I hear so many people say the opposite?

I've tried and so have many people I know, and it's not bad for your hair at it's actually really good. Just make sure to get a good quality Henna, and don't use any funky ingredients in it if you don't want the color of your hair to change (don't use it if your hair is light). Adding tea and eggplant and other assorted random stuff makes it more red or more brown...and it actually works my sister's done it , but I stick with just regular old henna, my hair is black, and I get it done about one a month and it really strengthens my hair.
