That is why most of the computers used in web hosting are in data centers where they have really big connections to the internet.

It is not free, there are free hosts out there but usually they make you look at ads or will disappear after a few months. Paid hosting is out there and pretty easy to get, it starts with a decent cheap host at about $7 a month.
