When I used to use these plans they made me sicker and weaker, by and large. The best thing for cleaning your colon is to:

eat enough fiber <fruits, vegetables, seeds and nuts, whole grains>

    drink plenty of water

cut back to no refined sugars or corn sweeteners

    add pro-biotics, yogurt or pills

add extra fiber and eat more raw foods to cleanse your bowel.

Change your diet and keep your system functioning well. Try a juice fast with fresh juice only for a day now and again.

Most bodies do well with this. Try reading Bernard Jenson's "Tissue Cleansing through Bowel Management" if you want a comprehensive cleanse. It stirs up all the crud and gets it out, but it makes you sick, too.

Colon cleansing is modern voodoo. There is NO valid reason for anyone to try to "cleanse" their colon. YOUR COLON "CLEANSES" ITSELF.

There are a lot of quacks and charlatans out there selling this crap and laughing at you fools all the way to the bank. Your colon does NOT "build up gunk" in it, and taking their laxatives (That's all they are, after all,) will not do anything special other than hurry your poop along a little faster. You will not lose weight (long term). You might convince yourself that you "feel better", but you could achieve that just as well by taking a walk on a sunny day. There are absolutely NO documented benefits from this nonsense.

Two good natural colon cleansers are liquid chlorophyll and apple cider vinegar.
