Bleeding after period twice?

Two weeks ago I get my period which lasts 4-5 days. Just recently I have my period again two days ago and just now. Is this irregular? Why now?

Update:

By the way, I'm not pregnant or sexually active. I'm a virgin.

This could be due to a hormone imbalance, stress, infection or ovarian cyst.

I would recommend seeing your doctor to see what he/she thinks could be causing this.

    Good luck :)

Source(s): Personal experience with periods more than once a month - turned out to be an ovarian cyst each time it's happened.

Yeah it's irregular. But if it is similiar to a normal period it is probably stress related. Also for some odd reason, when women live together their periods actually synchronize and that could be another reason. Also any changes in diet in the last month can cause a reoccuring period. If the bleeding doesn't stop in seven days, go to the doctor or if you have a third period.

It is irregular but stress could bring it on. Also depends on how long you've been getting your periods. If your worried ask a docter.

Can be stress related, but take a pregnancy test to be sure.
