all the answeres are correct but "goleh sorkh" is more romantic.

you can say this in many ways in PERSIAN:
Gole Sorx <<Gol-e sorkh>> menas read flower
roz is also used and implies red roses. or you can
be specific and say roz-e sorx
but, the real PERSIAN word which is also used in
Arabic is: vard (varta). This word is not common
and is not used often, but is the original PERSIAN word.

goleh sorkhe i think not sure the spelling though it is hard to write Persian in English
