Sony Ericsson cell phone !!! W choice or K choice ???

Sony Ericsson K810 is more better.thats why W850I are being given free in many shows of India.

Do you mean the K850 and W810? I had the W810, and just recently bought the W580. I'm a big fan of the w series. But it all depends on your preference. W's are the walkman series, and the K's are the cybershot series. There's not really a better or worse, just depends on what features are more important to you. The cybershot ones have awesome cameras with 5 megapixels, since they are marketing that series as a cameraphone. I've always liked the style of the walkman series though, with the orange/black/white colors, and cool interface. Also if you get a chance, check out the sony ericsson website. There are tons of phones to look at, including the ones that haven't been released yet. The site will have all the specifications and features for all the phones, so you can make the decision of which one is best for you.
