A person - or a business – will be considered a consumer if: they purchase goods or services that cost less than $40,000

Why it must be less than $40K ?

Vicky is the owner of farmland. She has lodged an application for subdivision with the local

Tom asked Vicky if she would sell the land to him and Vicky said she could not sell the land

until the approval of the subdivision was given but in the meantime, she was happy to let Tom

“camp” on that part of the land which is next to the river. Vicky and Tom intended that a

formal contract of sale would be prepared by Vicky’s solicitor upon approval of the subdivision

and payment of a 10% deposit by Tom.

electricity brought to the shed and he also installed a water tank. Vicky knew of Tom’s

building works as the trucks drove past her house on the way to Tom’s “camp” and she had

asked Tom to make sure that the trucks delivering the materials to the site drove carefully

past the house as she was concerned the children could be run over when playing outside the

house

Should employers be held legally responsible for accidents and injuries sustained by their employees on their way to and from their workplace? Why or Why not ?

Máy có trang bị thêm một loa Bass/Treble bên dưới máy

Trên bàn phím thì có trang bị thêm nút tăng giảm Bass/Treble

Nhưng nhiều khi đang sử dụng máy thì hệ thống tăng giảm Bass/Treble tự động tăng tự động giảm ko theo ý mình, hệ thống tăng giảm Bass/Treble cứ hiện lên màn hình và tăng giảm liên tục (dựt dựt, tăng rồi giảm rồi lại tăng) kéo theo đó là công tắc bật Wi-fi cũng...tự tắt tự bật, hiện mình đã 2 lần cài lại Win nhưng để ý lần nào cũng bị vấn đề này (cứ chừng vài hôm là bị rồi hết rồi bị ?)

Các bạn làm ơn giúp mình khắc phục lỗi này ?
