Does Curves offer private classes?
I know my Mom will do it with me but not a bunch of strangers. She is real over weight and I know it will be hard for her to physically do the exercise at first. So I was just wondering if they offer sessions without others.

I am not sure about Curves, but check your local hospitals, diabetes center (you don't have to be diabetic to join), and other health care centers.
They often have small workout centers or gyms that cater to people who would otherwise not feel comfortable in a normal work out environment.
For instance, there is a diabetes center near me that has a gym. Most of the people that go there are morbidly obese (i mean really, really overweight). It is monitored by a health professional and certified trainer so if anything happens, there is someone to help, plus they take blood pressure and all of that to make sure the people don't overdo it.
