Have you ever wanted to try something just to see what everyones reaction would be?

So i was sitting in class and got the spontaneous thought of throwing my book at my teacher. I just wanted to see what she would say. This isn't the first time either:

1. When I was at the dentist I wondered what he would do if you just bit his hand while he was working on your mouth.

2. I was holding a drink and talking to someone I just met and then thought about what would happen if I just splashed it all over them.

3. In the middle of class it was quiet and Iwondered what would happen if you just stodd up and said "this sucks!" and walk out.

4. I was talking to a guy in my class and I thought of what he and everyone around us would say or do if I drabbed his face and just kissed him spontaneously.

5. I was talking to my mom and thought about what would happen if I just flipped her off then ran away.

AM I THE ONLY ONE?

Update:

lol i never actually did these things and i know not to but i've thought about them lol

Update 2:

lacoste042:

you reminded me of another one of my spontaneous thoughts. It was thanksgiving and I just wondered what would happen if I yelled "UGH What the hell is this crap???"

I know i have problems but i'm just curious what people would say

In high school i always had thoughts like this. Then the thoughts became very intense desires and I would just do all kinds of crazy stuff. The people around me would be so shocked and I would just laugh and laugh til my stomach hurt. Then my friends you to be like,"Man, Chelsea is a nut, CHelsea is crazy, Chelsea is off the chain. BUt in order to build of my courage to actually do the thing that i was thinking of i would say this,"Say I won't pour this cup of water on you." then the person would say,"You won't!" Then i would splash them with it and run. Or I would tell someone to dare me to do something crazy, something they really didn't believe I would do. Then they would dare me and I would do it and get such a rush lol. I think it all started when i was in 5th grade and I was sitting across from this guy at lunch. Something told me t stick my finger up his nose (i know gross huh). I knew that he wasn't the type of kid to get mad or tell on me or anything so i did it. Everyone just laughed so hard and he was so surprised. All in all I wouldn't recommend you entertain these thoughts because its kind of addicting and it makes people confused about why you're doing it. I think i was just doing this for the attention and reactions i was getting

yes all the time..i was always a rebel and as i grew i used that same energy for other things..im an artist and muso now, those areas are both creative spontaneous entertaining everynow and then go against the grain to defy or protest against my natural beliefs ..its both postive and negative but in my opinion its great ,every now and then someone..leader etc comes along and challenges rules to make the world a better or fun place

Absolutely, but I'm older now and don't indulge that often these days. Funny you should mention the one about school. I was in high school in the early 70's and walked out of classes frequently. LOL

Yes, I have had crazy thoughts too! What saved me from acting on them was the consequences I would go through if I went through with them. Satan controls the thought life. He makes the suggestions. He plants the thoughts, and either you feed them, or dismiss them. Capture those thoughts and cast them down.

Since when do I need anyone's approval for MY behavior? I'm old enough and mature enough to think for myself and to stand up and face the music for my actions.

    no,

i do stuff like that all the time,

i think of the thing that would surprize people the most,

then i do it to see what happens.

    life needs exciting people.

we all have those thoughts...its the ones with compulsive behavior problems that actually act on them...you should take it to a shrink
