What would you do if your boss and another employee...?

I wouldn't think it was an accident that he stayed logged in; they probably want you to find the emails, so that you'll quit. i wouldn't quit. If Iwere you, I'd make comments about everything those emails said, and smile the whole time. Example, this girl I work with called me a Barbie b****, but she didn't know that I knew that she said it. So now I mention Barbie every chance I get.

don't quit just because of the men thing that your boos and other employee is emailing about you back and fort this type of thing happen a lot i might be because the boss does not like you try to this tell your boss that he or she forgot to log off your computer and you saw the email you were sending to another employee about me and it in not good to be emailing some bad comments about someone to another person because that person might find out and there might be a serious fight. if that does not help then you should go talk to another person who thinks you are a great person and tell them what is going on your boss might listen to somebody else if he o she don,t listen to you

have your department dirctor get in touch with h.r. and inform them that the data base aministrator is going to print out copies,to use for punishment because of personal use on business hours

well, if u work for a large company u might want to foward those nasty emails to HR or corporate HR
