What kind of a doctor do men see for a fertility check?

I know someone who lives with her grandfather. She is 22 years old and quit high school in the 10th grade. She has a car, but has never learned to drive. She stays in her room on the Internet 24 hours a day. She only comes out to eat and go to the bathroom. She has to be forced to take a shower. She is getting so H U G E I am worried about her. She is 4'10 tall and now weighs about 300 pounds.She had a job at Kroger that lasted about 2 weeks and she either got fired or quit. She won't say what happened. The only friends she has are on the Internet. She runs up the phone bill over $300 and $400 talking to guys she meets on the Internet. Her grandfather is over 70 years old and she won't even dust the furniture or wash a dish. She is living there rent free and he buys all her food and clothes.

I realize something mental is wrong. But she will not do anything but stay in the computer. She said if the Internet gets cut off she will kill herself. Any ideas? I am watching her die anyway.

I was paying over $450 a month in gas so I decided to quit my job and stay home with the kids. Savings of $810 a month. My part-time job paid less than what I was putting out in gas and after school care costs for the kids.

I'd like to know if anyone else has had major changes in their life due to the cost of gas.

If it involves more than a walk to the trash can I get prepared to be blasted with anger. When he does do something I have to go behind what he has done and it's worse than cleaning up after a child who does not know how to do anything. It's been two weeks since he said he would cut the grass. He is a slob and I AM NOT HIS MOTHER. How can I make him understand without the angry confrontation. I have tried talking, it doesn't work. I need a new strategy. Any ideas?
