Hi, can someone please help me writing a letter of intent?!?

Hi everybody, I'm from Brasil and I have to bring a writting for my english class tomorow. The problem is that i have also to study for my math exame and I don't have time for bouth. So, I'm begging for someone to help!!

That is the writing task: "You ar going to be part of a Travle & Work experience in US. Write a letter telling to a possible employer a little bit about you and giving him/her reasons to hire you. You have to include the following topics:

- Tell something about you

- why do you want to participate of the travel & work program

- what skills, educational background and experience do you have that makes you a good choice for this program

- what kind of experience are you expecting, and how they will help you in your future career

- Discuss your plans for your time in U.S

- Discuss Jobs and intemships that you have made. Detailing it. "
