∫1/(x^3-1)dx?

Partial fractions? I have a feeling I have to manipulate it in some way or form, but I can't figure it out. Any help would be appreciated.

You can factor the denominator as

    x^3 - 1 = (x-1) (x^2 + x + 1)

Next determine the partial fractions decomposition

    1 / (x^3-1) = A / (x-1) + ( Bx + C ) / (x^2+x+1)

    and then integrate.

If you're still stuck just ask.

    Good Luck!
