if u wants to have a better life...
then be forgive but not fully forget...(because if u are betray by someone close...u just got to beware of this person..if he betray u once...he might do it again..)...if its not a betray problems then u can just forgive and forget...
don't lets some stupid people or thing up sad u and make your life miserable...
life is too long to be up sad... and too short to be happy..
keeps thinking of those thing that make u angry..is a way of torturing yourself....
as there is this saying...
"u are actually punishing (torturing) yourself if u keep on getting up sad by people that treat u bad."

... yes forgive and forget is the right thing to do!
... if you always hold a grudge on someone... you are just wasting your time being mad ... u know why... LIFE IS SHORT! So forgive and forget... you could have so much good times during this time... waste... this should never be a question... SO FORGIVE AND FORGET!
